Attorney Karl R. Ulrich, OSBA Specialist in Labor & Employment Law, will review the essential contents of a compliant non-compete and why companies should have their policy reviewed on a regular basis.

Karl will be Speaking at the June 9, 2016 Sharonville Chamber of Commerce HR Roundtable Presentation entitled, “Don’t be fooled …..Not all non-competes are created equal.”


Karl, joined Sebaly, Shillito & Dyer in 1991. As founder and head of the Labor & Employment Practice Group Karl focuses primarily on counseling management clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters and immigration compliance. Karl received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame, and is Board Certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Specialist in Labor & Employment Law. He is a member of the Dayton, the Ohio State and the American Bar Associations and the Missouri Bar and admitted to practice in numerous federal courts across the country. Karl is a member of the Sinclair Community College Foundation Board of Trustees and also a Voice of America Museum of Broadcasting Board Member. He has been instrumental in SS&D’s new businesses development in the West Chester area, as a component of the I-75 corridor development.
