Tom is a member of the firm’s Corporate Law Department.  Tom views his practice through an entrepreneurial lens, with a unique appreciation for business people and the daily challenges they face in running and growing a business.  Tom strives to help his clients achieve their business and personal goals by providing straightforward business and legal solutions to complex problems.  Tom represents a wide range of businesses and entrepreneurs across a broad spectrum of industries and professions.

Tom and his wife, Breanne, met in law school, were married in 2011, and have two children.  Tom is an avid and loyal Dayton Flyers basketball fan.  Tom’s guiding principles are Loyalty, Integrity, and Trustworthiness.
