Kevin is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department. Kevin’s practice encompasses a wide array of business-related matters, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, securities, and corporate governance. Kevin approaches every matter with an unwavering energy to help clients reach their goals.

Prior to joining SS+D, Kevin graduated from The Ohio State Mortiz College of Law, where he externed with the Hon. Judge Michael R. Barrett at the United States District Court, served on the board of the Business Law Journal, and was president of the Truancy Mediation Project. As a member of the Business Law Journal, Kevin authored a note regarding the scienter requirements of § 14(e) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

When not in the office, Kevin and can be found with his wife, Abbey, training for their respective sports – powerlifting and olympic-style weightlifting – and exploring the trails of Southern Ohio.
