Our firm represents secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, and trustees in complex commercial bankruptcy cases. The firm’s creditor clients are varied, including major local and national financial institutions as well as medium and small corporations and Fortune 500 companies. The firm's debtor practice is more limited but encompasses a wide variety of successful strategies, including workouts.

In addition, we represent banks, savings banks, and other financial institutions in connection with structuring commercial loans and negotiating and preparing the documentation to reflect the loan terms and protect the lender's interests. We also work with these institutions to protect their interests when the loan becomes threatened, including the negotiation and preparation of Forbearance Agreements and assisting with other workout strategies.
