Overview

Kevin is a corporate attorney at Sebaly Shillito + Dyer, where he maintains a broad-based transactional legal practice in corporate, commercial, employment, soft intellectual property, and real estate.

Professional Experience/Focus Area

While Kevin’s transaction practice is broad, Kevin’s practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private placements, technology development and licensing, and commercial contract negotiation. With respect to mergers & acquisitions, Kevin has advised clients in billions of dollars of transactions, with deals ranging from hundreds of millions to less than a million.

Personal

Kevin earned his B.S. in Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati, and his J.D. from The Ohio University, Moritz College of Law. While at Ohio State, he externed with the Hon. Judge Michael R. Barrett at the United States District Court, served on the board of the Business Law Journal, and served as president of the Truancy Mediation Project.

Outside of work, Kevin and his wife, Abbey, like to stay active through powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, swimming, SCUBA diving, and birding.
