Overview
Zach is an associate in SS+D’s Litigation Department and has experience representing clients in civil proceedings in federal courts, state courts, and arbitrations. Zach utilizes creativity and a deep understanding of complex civil litigation to develop innovative strategies, craft compelling arguments, and provide effective advocacy for his clients. He is admitted to the Ohio Bar, as well as to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.

As a general civil litigator, Zach has experience representing clients in a wide array of matters. However, Zach’s practice is primarily concentrated in the following areas:

Zach graduated from Wright State University with a B.S. in Chemistry. He received his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 2017, with the cum laude distinction and a certificate of study in litigation.
Personal
Zach lives in Beavercreek with his wife, Maria, and two daughters. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hiking, fishing, and hunting in his spare time. Zach also makes time to engage in conservation by volunteering at the local metro parks.
